Adderall is a stimulant drug containing mixed amphetamine salts. With a forecast of 70 degrees and a 10 percent chance of rain, this weekend will be one that everyone gets dressed up and heads to a friend's house or an organization’s function to dance with friends, have some drinks, and catch some rays. Some may call this a dage (day rage), others a darty (day party) and most people daydrink. No matter what you call it, daydrinking can be a lot of fun, but could also get dangerous if you are not careful! So here are a few tips to help you get through the day and hopefully have one of the best days ever at college.

The secret to accomplishing your nutritional goals while living a hectic life is preparation. Meal preparation is a way of cooking food in bulk and storing it for later.
