I Think My Butt's Getting Big... Sikeeee

We have all heard of ways to get a bigger butt. Personally as a 5’8.5 135 pound girl and I do not have the biggest butt. I actually have a very small one for a black girl according to my friends’ haha. This is something that I do not mind, but there have been times over the years where I tried really hard to reach Kim K. status. Ultimately, I have failed time and time again, but that is because the things I thought would work actually did not work. So today, I will provide you with 3 myths about getting a bigger butt!

 Myth 1:

Working out will make your butt small and hard

This is far from the truth! Squats and lunges actually help you more than hurt you. Unless you are training every day and doing very extensive workouts, your butt will not become small and hard. The best thing to do with squats and workouts is make sure you are using the correct form and sticking to a schedule. A big butt does not appear overnight so work hard, play hard, and do squats! Get that booty!!

Myth 2:

Eat a lot of bread your butt will get big!

Depending on your body type this could hurt you a lot more than it helps! Bread, potatoes, etc may help make your butt bigger but it also makes you gain weight. You are most likely hoping to attain a big butt with your current body size, but eating a lot of bread will cause your body size to change not only in the buttock area but also in the stomach area. There are other healthier ways to get a big butt, so please stay away from copious amounts of bread.

Myth 3:

Muscles milk and protein powder will give you a big butt!

While these can both be beneficial for people who are working out and training, but you are wasting your time if you drink muscle milk and protein powder and sit on a couch. You must pair these drinks with a workout regimen, since they help to repair muscles after and during workouts.
